How do I view and fulfill orders on the portal?

To view and fulfill orders, log in to your account and navigate to the “Orders” section of the dashboard. Here, you will find a list of all the orders that have been placed in your Shopify. You can view the details of each order, including the customer’s information and the items they have purchased. To fulfill an order, click on the “Fulfill” button next to the order and review your order in the modal.

After you reviewed the order you can choose to upgrade the shipping method to premium shipping if you want.
From this screen you can proceed and pay for your order(s) with your desired payment method.
After the payment you’ll see that your order will be set to “in process” status.

Our team will review your order and after confirmation a tracking number will be added.
The status then will change to shipped.
